Free Shipping is available to all destinations in the United Kingdom for order totals over £200.00 (after discounts have been applied).

PROCESSING DELAY

Please note that we are experiencing high-demand and delayed processing times as a result. We do take measures to make this impact as little as possible, however, sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you require any of our products before a special event or date, please reach out to our customer service team before ordering to ensure your product will arrive in time.

Most orders will be processed within 2 business days. For orders with prescription lenses, please allow up to 14 business days for your lenses to be custom made and fit to your frame.

Please keep in mind our processing times and note that during and shortly after sale events a slightly longer processing time should be expected. We do take measures to make this impact as little as possible however, sometimes delays are unavoidable. Delivery to all United Kingdom locations typically takes 4 - 8 business days after your order has been processed. Orders can take longer to arrive, depending on your location.

There will be no customs import duties or taxes payable by customers for orders delivered to most European addresses as Valley Eyewear has prepaid this cost.
